Unable to Connect

Good afternoon!


I'm a new employee at Oracle and have not been able to log onto my pidgin account yet. I have been here for over a week and initially I wasn't enabled to log onto the account. Starting yesterday, it says that I have been disconnected and unable to reconnect. I would like to be able to figure this out, but I don't know what my next steps would be?


Please let me know if you have any insight.
