problem using pidgin

Hello,

I downloaded and installed pidgin but I can't make it work correctly. When someone calls me on my fix phone, I would like to see who is calling me on the pidgin screen + have a link toward buzzee/delosmail.
I logged in but I only have a blank page with the message "you require encryption, but it is not available on your server". Is it the problem ?
