This warning applies to Skype itself now (and has applied to Flash for a 
long time).  The latest Skype upgrade tried to add the Bing toolbar and 
switch the search engine to Bing.  As all the major search engines try 
to profile users and target advertising, that also involves some 
invasion of privacy.

I have seen suggestions that Microsoft will analyse Skype IM traffic in 
a similar way to that in which Google analyse gmail traffic.
