How to set default spell checker?

Hi,
I want to set different default spell checker than my GUI language is.
I can do it by right mouse menu but it's stupid - this settings is
doesn't preserve and I must switch it every time.
LANG=.. changes GUI language too
switchspell does not exist -

I installed  purple-plugin_pack-2.6.3-6.fc19.x86_64 manually but without
effect. I used it in the past but it's not what I exactly need. I want
to change default spell checker not to set/change it for everyone
explicitly.

Configuration:
Linux 3.11.9-200.fc19.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Nov 20 21:22:24 UTC 2013 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Pidgin 2.10.7-3.fc19 (libpurple 2.10.7)
