2.10.7 Win7 GTK Issue

Hi James.  Does that error come from the installer?  Or from Pidgin
itself?  If the latter, it sounds like the installer completed
successfully?  Which installer did you use (pidgin-2.10.7.exe or
pidgin-2.10.7-offline.exe)?
