2.10.7 Win7 GTK Issue

The installer completed successfully.  The error was on startup of Pidgin.
 I used pidgin-2.10.7.exe

After seeing other replies to this issue, I installed using
pidgin-2.10.7-offline.exe and everything is working fine now.
