Can you provide any more details?  In your email you don't state which "IM
site" you are referring to and I have no knowledge of an "IM site" within
Pidgin that would apply here.

Please provide the name of the service you are using (AIM, Yahoo, Work IM,
etc), and explain clearly what you are trying to do and what's not working.
