Issues receiving incoming messages

Hello,

We are using the Pidgin system to communicate with customers. We have 2
associates online to help, though I'm not getting any of the messages,
only my coworker. I tried to look up your FAQ and online support, but it
was awful. 

 

Hopefully someone can get back to me with some troubleshooting so we can
be up and running again.
