And just to throw this out there, even though there's no extra
information, it could be that her account is getting disabled when she
gets signed out and she's not either 1) restarting pidgin, or 2)
re-enabling the account to have it sign back in.
Both of those could be negated by restarting the computer, so that's
something else to keep in mind.
