Sarah,

The pidgin mailing list does not have access to reset your password.
 Pidgin is 3rd party software that your IT representative chose to use for
instant messages.

If you are using Yahoo, AIM, etc, you will need to use their website.

If you are unsure of what you are using, contact your IT representative and
they should be able to assist you.
