Group Chats

Dear Support,
Our office just downloaded Pidgen IM as our office IM. We use Smart Mail 
for our e-mail service.  I wanted to know how to create a group IM with 
specified members of our office.  Is there anyway to accomplish this 
without having to add a "chat" and a "chat room" and then going through the 
process of adding buddies from our e-mail list?
