I've not been able to trace that message ID of mine, but I'm certain
that I haven't referenced MXit for a long time, so you are either using
an extremely old article or an unrelated one. In this context, you
should not be using Reply at all.

For MXit, your best chance of getting any help is to contact MXit
support directly. Note though, that when they did respond to the list,
all they tended to do was to repeat their basic howto article, rather
than respond to specific cases.

If you still want people on the list to comment, at the very least you
need to provide your server settings.

Note that most problems connecting to servers are the result of firewall
issues, so details of the network may also be important.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
