Pidgin Silent deploy

Hi Pidgin,

Seems to be a bug with newer versions of pidgin. Whenever we silent deploy
the application it doesn't install the URI Handler for XMPP. Is there a
switch to enable it on deploy? Is this a known issue?
Are there MSIs anywhere rather than using setup.exe?
