Having issue starting up

1. Right click the pidgin icon in the system tray.
2. Click "Plugins"
3. Scroll down towards the bottom, click "Windows Pidgin Options"
4. Double-click "Windows Pidgin Options"
5. Unclick "Dockable Buddy List"
