Unable to log into pidgin account

Hi,
I've been unable to log into my pidgin account since this Monday September
30th.
No buddies are displayed and at the bottom of my buddy list it has a
message that says:
jbuchta at onescreen.com/disabled
Not Authorized
I am unable to re-enable and connect.
Any suggestions? Thank you
