Unable to log into pidgin account

Check the Certificate if didn't expired. Go to menu Tools and choose
Certificates. Verify the Certificate you have from the list, for your site.
What's the 'Expiration date'?

Another step is to talk with the person/company who gave you this account
and ask if they done some changes on the Services they offer.

Finally, maybe deleting and recreating account will solve it.
