Is this on the Advanced tab when modifying the settings for an XMPP account? If so, I believe this is an optional proxy server that can be used to assist in sending or receiving a file, in the case where the sender and receiver and unable to establish a connection directly to each other e.g. due to both being behind firewalls or home routers.

I believe you can disable it by leaving the field empty (deleting the value).

Hi Tapas. Do you get an error message? What does it say?

Note that if two factor authentication is enabled for your Gmail account then you'll need to generate an application specific password from https://accounts.google.com/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hide_authsub=1
and use that to connect.

That sounds like the standard "incorrect username or password" error.
Are you sure you're using the correct credentials? (And using an application-specific password if using two factor authentication.)
