@Cody,
These emails go to a public community supported mailing list for a free
software product called "Pidgin". For proper support, you should always ask
your IT department or contractor first as we do not have access to your
account.
If by chance you are using Office Communicator, I've been able to sign in
by disabling encryption<http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_9hmP3Ho0t14/TLSil-WC06I/AAAAAAAAAc8/JgmiMpD2hzw/s1600/Screenshot-Add+Account-1.png>
and
switching to TCP.
This is a security risk though and you should contact your internal IT
department before making any changes to your client.
