You'll have to be more specific if you want help. Using the log viewer
by clicking through:

	Buddies -> View User Log

Should show you the logs.

That said, you seem to think you're talking to Oracle tech support. This
is a public volunteer support mailing list for Pidgin, which is a free
open source software project.
