GtkSpell localization

Hello,

I am trying to deploy Pidgin 2.10.11 (Windows) with Lithuanian locale to 
my colleagues. After installation I have noticed that GtkSpell menu is 
in English (01.png).. After putting gtkspell.mo into 
C:\share\locale\lt\LC_MESSAGES everything looks ok (03.png), but I would 
like to put gtkspell.mo somewhere in Pidgin's installation folder.. 
Could you please suggest me how to do it?
