trouble logging on

[John Sellars]

I am able to log on to my laptop just fine but the desktop I use in my ham radio station keeps giving me the following message when I try to log on : 

Received unexpected response from https://api.screenname.aol.com/auth/clientLogin: Password/LoginId Required/Invalid
I am logging in as - ham-john.e.sellars at nwschat.weather.gov

Please advise.
