VK.com purple plugin

Hello everybody. Vkontakte (vk.com) is a social network very popular in 
Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and some other countries. 
Currently there is a purple plugin, which adds vk.com support to Pidgin,

Now it's main developer decided to pause his activity, and he is looking 
for somebody to continue development. If anybody is willing to join the
