FiSHLiM encryption

Hi again,

The FiSH cipher used in FiSHLIM (and other similar plugins for other IRC
clients) is based on Blowfish encryption, not on rot13.

You might want to look at pidgin-encryption
http://pidgin-encrypt.sourceforge.net/ or OTR instead
https://otr.cypherpunks.ca/ as these don't suffer from a lot of the
drawbacks of FiSH
https://github.com/flakes/mirc_fish_10/blob/master/SECURITY.md

Cheers,
Eion
