Recovering Log or Buddylist

Hello,

I am trying to recover a friend's jabber username that I used to talk to over Pidgin. I am trying to locate log files to find it or perhaps a buddy list if it is somehow saved. I no longer have access to the jabber account because the server is no longer active. Any ideas?
