My account cannot be enabled

Hi Team,

 

I was working with Pidgin as this is the tool that we use in chatting between employees. Then my account was disabled and I can't reenable it as per the attachment.

 

When I press enable it doesn't give me anything. Appreciate if you can help me with this issue as I can't login at all.
