Pidgin account configuration

Alejandro, oh, gosh, I've got it backwards.

Well, not with pidgin native tools, but you can do it. What you need, is 
to create a symlink for all Windows accounts that would point to a 
single pidgin configuration directory. Probably, you'll also want to set 
a small script to run every time a new Windows user is created, which 
would create the symlink for that new user.
