Pidgin Issue - 'Could not connect to server'

Hi Craig,

Are you able to get a debug log (from the buddy list, Help->Debug Window)
as that user tries to connect to the server?

It sounds like some kind of connectivity problem, but the debug log should
help narrow down the problem.
