Conversation badger plugin does not work with 2.13

What folder(s) do these icons reside in?
I don't think that's the problem since I made a backup of the install directory and copied back all the missing icons.
When I try to add an account, I see all the icons on the drop-down.
Also, it does not show XMPP "badges" as well, and those are built-in.
