Linked transcripts

Hi,
Our users comment that they cannot use the Agent Shortcut of "!Transcript"  to link a transcript from Pidgin if the client doesn't end the sessions/conversation.   It works properly if the client ends/leaves the conversation window.

They can see the Transcript in Olark.     If they use the native Olark client, the are able to link the transcript regardless of the client status.

Is this is a known limitation?  If not, how would we get this working?
