Hi Kinga,

Normally "not authorized" means a bad username or password, but from the
sounds of it this Olark thing needs you to be signed in on their website
first.  We don't have any control over how Olark works, since we're just
volunteers who just provide support for issues with the Pidgin client, so
you might want to contact Olark support for their help in this matter.
