 We're actually using MSN as our primary protocol - any time someone joins
 the company, they get an email address, and an MSN ID associated with that
 address.

 The trick is that each time a new person joins the company, you need to
 add 30+ buddies to their account.  We've been doing this using the MSN
 client itself (which can import a previously saved XML list of buddies),
 but would rather avoid that and just use Pidgin if we can. :-)
