 When transferring a file from one Jabber user to another, the receiver
 which accepts to receive the file gets a misleading message saying the
 sender canceled the transfer of the file even if the file is successfully
 received.

 At the transmitting side (UserA):
 {{{
 (05:26:46 PM) Offering to send file.xyz to UserB at domain.dd
 (05:27:52 PM) Transfer of file file.xyz complete
 }}}

 At the receiving side (UserB):
 {{{
 (17:27:38) Starting transfer of file.xyz from UserA
 (17:27:42) UserA canceled the transfer of file.xyz
 }}}
 [Note: Clocks are not synchronized]

 But the file transfers successfully, so the message should be removed to
 avoid confusion for the receiver. Instead, a report of success should be
 displayed.
