 Yes, I'm quite sure of it. Just checked once more. Ctrl-M -> Type in name
 of user exactly (it shows pulldown list with one user) -> press enter (do
 not select him from list). And it opens dialog to non-existant user
 labeled as the name I entered.

 If I type in his ICQ number, then it opens finea after pressing enter. It
 could be because I renamed by hand almost everyone of my buddies, and gaim
 does not look up their new names where it should.
