 It seems like a lot of work to do this just for yahoo. Was there a reason
 besides yahoo that we would want this feature?

 Maybe it wouldn't be that hard, hmm. It would definitely be a modification
 at all 3 levels, the prpl has to give the list of identities, and the UI
 has to tell libpurple which one is selected. The way yahoo works, this
 would really just be for messages, I guess. Although actually it might be
 involved at other places. A buddy is on your account, not your identity,
 but I think you still send the request from some identity.
