Comment:

 While Yahoo is likely the only protocol to use this directly, I don't see
 that as any reason why we shouldn't have the ability.  It would take some
 work though, at all 3 levels of pidgin. I'm moving this to libpurple
 because *most* of the work would have to happen there.

 Tim, will you have time to look at this? You know both the yahoo code and
 the conversation code.
