 Attempted to build e1da936833f4f090bde68bb237f80afe90e0a3f8 this morning
 after a make clean, and it stopped and complained it didn't know how to
 make libjabber.dll.a. Attached patch adds rules for building libxmpp.dll.a
 and libjabber.dll.a to libpurple/protocols/jabber/Makefile.mingw. In
 essence, only the addition of $(TARGET).dll.a is required, but you never
 know who may try to 'make libxmpp.dll.a'.
