 Thanks, I committed the libjabber.dll.a portion of this.  Nobody should be
 building an import library for libxmpp.dll, so I'm not concerned about it.

 I'm a little curious how you got an error.  The only ways that this would
 have happened is if you manually try to `make -f Makefile.mingw
 libjabber.dll.a`, you deleted libjabber.dll.a, or you tried to manually
 build libxmpp.dll on clean build.
