 Sometimes, requesting buddy info takes a long time (~ 30 seconds). During
 this time, Pidgin provides no indication to the user that their request is
 in progress and that the info dialog will eventually pop up.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Right click a buddy on the buddy list, select "Get Info"

 Expected result:
 Info to appear immediately! Or, if this is not possible, some indication
 that Pidgin is trying to get the info for me and I needn't ask for it
 again

 Actual result:
 Info takes its sweet time to appear. User is left wondering if it's ever
 going to come, and perhaps requests it a couple more times
