 On [https://bugs.launchpad.net/gaim/+bug/115846 Launchpad 115846], I
 suggested that the "Reset formatting" option be a toggle instead.  By
 default, it's on, which resets your formatting after each message, but you
 can turn it off if you want to adopt a different formatting for a while.
