 I'm using the latest pidgin-2.1.0 in linux
 The problem is in the new UI part in the conversation windows, the new
 information area on the top that shows the account name and the small
 buddy icon.

 To reproduce the problem I do:
 - Hover mouse over new UI area in conversation window.
 - A tooltip comes up
 - While the tooltip is up I close the conversation window (with ctrl-w)
 - The conversation window disappears but the tooltip stays behind for a
 few seconds
