 Yikes!! Sorry about the formating. This is my first ticket. Let me rewrite
 the steps to reproduce the problem for readability's sake:

 To reproduce the problem I do:[[BR]]
 - Hover mouse over new UI area in conversation window.[[BR]]
 - A tooltip comes up[[BR]]
 - While the tooltip is up I close the conversation window (with
 ctrl-w)[[BR]]
 - The conversation window disappears but the tooltip stays behind for a
 few seconds.
