 I don't think this is the same bug---Pidgin does not crash in this case
 (although it did seem to crash every once in a while when trying to
 connect to Google Talk, this cannot be reliably reproduced). However, it
 does need to be restarted manually before it can connect to either AIM or
 Google Talk servers.
