 The Ubuntu forums use this cool feature where after you type in the
 subject for your post, it automatically searches and shows you posts with
 similar titles. Might be overkill, but it's very useful and would probably
 deter many people from submitting dupes [even if there's a warning, people
 will probably ignore it].
