Comment:

 What I mean is "Please attach a debug log (which you can get according to
 the instructions I linked to)."

 Note that a debug log is different than a crash report (which you wouldn't
 have unless it was crashing).

 Without looking at the debugging output and the specific errors coming
 from the proxy (which will be in the log), there isn't really much that I
 can do apart from guessing what might not be working.
