Comment:

 I've added a note to the new ticket screen, i'm not too optimistic it'll
 prevent duplicates, but I'd love to be wrong :)

 Something more complicated that actually tries to detect duplicates would
 probably be better, but would also be a lot more complicated and is not
 something that I'm gonna tackle.
