 Show Offline Buddies = No (unchecked)

 Setting Privacy to "Block all users" causes all buddies to appear offline
 when actually they are currently online.  The purpose of setting
 "Block..." should be to hide yourself from others.  My buddies' status
 should not be changed.  Basically, this should be an "Invisible" mode,
 where I can see them but they cannot see me.
