 Running Windows Vista Home Premium.

 This problem occured awhile ago, I was hoping that it would fix itself,
 but apparently not.

 This problem was *apparently* caused by a long status message that a
 friend had on AIM.  Upon resizing the width larger to read the message, I
 was unable to resize the width smaller.

 Now, the window will not resize smaller than a certain (yet very large)
 width.  I have no debug log or backtrace, and I don't know how to fix it.

 Another problem that seems to occur now, is that when I "close" the window
 (to the tray) and reopen it (from the tray) the window is this seemingly
 preset-size, but still shows up as maximized.
