 This appears algo in Windows XP Professional.

 Further instructions to repeat the problem:

 1. Maximize the buddy list.
 2. Close the buddy list.
 3. Open the buddy list from notification area.

 Buddy list has a size of 258x432, but appears as maximized (it's
 maximize/restore titlebar button appears as restore).

 4. Restore the buddy list.

 Buddy list has a size of 248x174.

 5. Maximize the buddy list to have it maximized again.

 --

 Look all the steps to "workaround" this bug.

 Please, please, please, fix this, it's sooooooo annoying in Windows...
