 The "Reset Formatting" option, both in mouse and Ctrl+R form, is
 inconsistent depending on whether text is selected or not.

 Duplication steps:

  1. Set up a non-standard default font
  2. Type random text
  3. Select test:
   a. Hit Ctrl+A to select all of the text
   b. Hit Ctrl+R to reset font
   * [Desired result] Text stays at the default font
   * [Real result] Text stays at the default font
  4. Deselect test:
   a. Deselect the text
   b. Hit Ctrl+R to reset font
   * [Desired result] Text stays at the default font
   * [Real result] Text resets to traditional Arial 10pt black font

 Paraphrasing Microsoft tech support, is this a bug or a feature?
