Comment:

 It looks to me like when the alias text box is opened or closed, then the
 visibility of `gtkconv->infopane` is toggled. However, the test at the
 beginning of the function checks whether `gtkconv->tab_label` is visible.

 So here's a one-line fix that seems to work correctly.
